Lauren Lewis of Prosper ran a US#1 time of 51.45 seconds in the 400 meters at the Texas state meet, a performance that moves her into a tie for No. 10 all-time. It's also an all-time Texas record. She also won the 200 meters with 23.43 seconds into a slight headwind. Lewis is headed to the University of Texas next fall.
