Keyshawn Garcia, a senior at Edinburgh North High in Texas, won the 6A boys 800-meter state title in 1:51.53 and finished ninth in the 400 meters in 50.74 seconds at the UIL Outdoor Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.
