Ashtin Torns, a senior at Austin Westlake High in Texas, won the boys 6A long jump state title with a wind-legal leap of 25-3 (7.69m) and placed second in the 100-meter dash final in a wind-legal 10.52 seconds at the UIL Outdoor Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin.
